Something Like a War is a 1991 documentary directed by Deepa Dhanraj that examines India's population control program focusing on forced sterilization of women in India.

An adaptive identity with activism sensibilities comes together to highlight the brutality faced by women using elements from the family-planning campaign and the women’s movement in 1970 India.
